-> Due to the holidays of 04/18 and 04/25, all Mother's Day Box orders placed until 04/23 will be shipped from 04/29/2025 . Therefore, we ask our customers to plan ahead and place their orders as far in advance as possible .

-> Important - Made-to-Order Items: Orders are shipped/made available as soon as all items are ready . Therefore, if there is a made-to-order item in the order, it will only be shipped or made available at a pickup point once the order is fully ready. This is especially true for orders with shipping charges, as the customer only pays for one shipment via carrier.

- Pickup point: Due to the deadline mentioned above, as soon as the boxes are available , the customer will receive a message confirming that the order can be collected from our warehouse in Alfragide, Lisbon or Fernão Ferro (depending on the customer's choice).
