Depending on daily volume, it may take several days to prepare and be available for shipping/pickup at the pickup point. Therefore, we ask our customers to plan ahead and place their orders as far in advance as possible.

Pickup point: Due to the deadline mentioned above, as soon as the boxes are available , the customer will receive a message confirming that the order can be picked up at our warehouse in Alfragide, Lisbon or Fernão Ferro (depending on the customer's choice).
