If this is your first custom purchase, it's essential that you purchase the Logo Maker service (paid only with the first purchase) so we can adjust your logo and make the necessary modifications to ensure the engraving is perfect for production. Alternatively, if you don't have a logo yet, we can design one for you. In this case, we'll send you a proposal that you can modify up to three times.

After completing your purchase, please send an email containing your order number with your logo to contact@beegoods.eu so we can arrange your purchase.

OBSERVATIONS:

- Estimate: All orders placed until Wednesday (with or without logo) will be shipped from Friday of the following week.

Please note that customized products are produced according to the order in which orders are received, meaning this lead time may be reduced depending on the week's demand. Therefore, we ask our customers to plan ahead and place their orders as far in advance as possible to ensure the above deadline applies.

- Pickup point: Due to the deadline mentioned above, as soon as the product is available, the customer will receive a message confirming that the order can be picked up at our warehouse in Alfragide, Lisbon or Fernão Ferro (depending on the customer's choice).

- This product is produced according to demand, and is not subject to exchanges or returns;

- This item only includes the napkin. No candy or any other decorations will be included.
