We are passionate about coconut!

It all started in the beautiful Maceió, in the 60s, when two Portuguese brothers – the Tavares brothers, excellent traders based in the capital of Alagoas who dedicated themselves, among other activities, to the sale of grated coconut – decided to found SOCOCO.

The idea was to produce and distribute differentiated coconut products in Brazil and abroad, with unparalleled quality and on a scale that was previously unavailable on the market.
