We have the following estimate for graphic production: All orders placed by Sunday will be shipped from Thursday of the following week. 

Historically, we know that Easter is a time of year with high demand. Depending on daily volume, it may take more days to prepare and arrange for shipping/pickup at the pickup point. Therefore, we ask our customers to plan ahead and place their orders as far in advance as possible .

-> Important - Made-to-Order Items: Orders are shipped/made available as soon as all items are ready . Therefore, if there is a made-to-order item in the order, it will only be shipped or made available at a pickup point once the order is fully ready. This is especially true for orders with shipping charges, as the customer only pays for one shipment via carrier.

- Pickup point: Due to the deadline mentioned above, as soon as the boxes are available , the customer will receive a message confirming that the order can be collected from our warehouse in Alfragide, Lisbon or Fernão Ferro (depending on the customer's choice).
